And they trained their staff to treat each and every guest like royalty; in fact, like the royalty Jonathan used to serve when he was manager of the legendary Raffles nightclub in Chelsea. The result was a string of accolades for the very best in customer service.
But behind the scenes, behind the gorgeously papered walls and the luxurious décor, lies the technical equipment that keeps this hotel at the very top of its game. The Cedar Manor relies on a strong online presence with a newsy, updated website. Their guests, too, expect the very best Wi-Fi in their rooms when they come to stay.
