St Paul’s C of E Junior School is a small school with a big heart, located in Barrow-in-Furness. They wanted to use a company that could provide a Service Level Agreement for all aspects of technology including their copier.

Amanda Mowat, Higher Level Teaching Assistant & Finance, explained that there were “always challenges with technology, photocopier maintenance, computer problems and network issues”. Amanda said that “other schools used Sensible Choice for copiers, so when our service level agreement was ready for renewal, we had a discussion and got a quote”.

After initially upgrading their photocopier with a new Toshiba 3515 machine. The Sensible team then got to work covering all aspects of support for the school’s laptops, desktops, Wi-Fi and server, including the imminent install of a new server.
