Working Together
In these unprecedented times, we recognise that it is crucial to work together with our customers to support one another. That’s why we have been working closely with our clients to help them in any way we can, including helping with office moves, setting up users from home and payment holidays where needed.

A big thank you to the Queen Katherine Trust for all your support, we suppled with 3 x Toshiba 4518A, 2 x Toshiba 3515AC and 1 x Toshiba 5015AC devices. The Toshiba range of products offer low running costs with feature rich technology, department codes and print jobs held to reduce wastage and excessive use all at no extra cost.

A big thanks to Dave Nolan and all the team at Kays Estates, we supplied them with a new Toshiba 5015AC colour multifunction machine which will be producing brochures for all their properties they have for sale and to let as well as the general day to day office requirements such scanning to e-mail, printing and copying.

A big thanks to Rhys Garnett and all the team at CHC Group for all your support, supplied with 6 x Lexmark XM3250, 10 x Lexmark M1242 and 1 x Lexmark M5270 devices. These devices are deployed across multiple sites and offer low running costs which ultimately helps save money.

Free Personal Printers
To help our customers maintain social distancing, we are offering free personal desktop printers in addition to our business-grade copiers. Our A4 desktop printers and copiers connect over Wi-Fi so they are easily portable and great for home or office use.
The printer hardware and installation are totally free when you sign up for a 12-month contract. This includes a minimum £10/month service charge to cover toners, parts, maintenance and callouts.

Support and Social Distancing
Where possible our expert, manufacturer-trained engineers will provide remote support. When on-site support is required, our engineers will maintain a two-meter distance as much as possible and will clean any surfaces they may have come into contact with using antibacterial wipes or gels.
To help us, before an engineer arrives please ensure there is a clear path for them to access, and considering opening any windows. As well as cleaning down the area once more after the engineer has left.
