Following my original enquiry, Sensible took over our IT contract, including backing up of systems, encrypting every PC, and resolving issues that had been annoying us for some time. They spent one and a half days rectifying these faults, and now monitor the system remotely to prevent them cropping up again. One or two minor issues have occurred since and these have been rectified remotely once again. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sensible in the future, as they did everything they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, at a very competitive price.
